AND WE HAVE FLIGHTS… ANY SIZE YOU WANT! Any beer that has a 5 oz price listed is available for a flight.

TEXTILE BEERS

TrALEblazer or Bobcat (our lightest beer!): Choose your local high school team! 10% of the profit of

each of these beers (they're the same beer) sold each month will go to the respective school. #beckmancatholic #westerndubuque 4.6% ABV    11 IBU’s

5 oz for $2 ~ 10 oz for $3.50 ~ 16 oz for $5 ~ Growler: $16 ~ Founder’s Fill: $4 ~ Mug Club Fill: $5

A-maize-ing: This Mexican lager is clean and crisp. With 20% flaked corn in the recipe, it's a loving shout out to our local farmers! Enjoy this delicious lager on a hot day with friends in our Biergarten!

5 oz for $2 ~ 10 oz for $3.50 ~ 16 oz for $5 ~ Growler: $16 ~ Founder’s Fill: $4 ~ Mug Club Fill: $5

Dirndl: This traditional German Hefeweizen (wheat beer) is a classic example of how strains of yeast can produce amazingly different beer. The banana and clove aroma and flavor are produced entirely from phenols released by this yeast as it turns sugar into alcohol. Throw in a dash of lemondrop hops and you get a hint of lemon on the finish. No bananas, cloves or lemons were harmed in the making of this beer. Prost! 5.1% ABV 12 IBU’s

5 oz for $2 ~ 10 oz for $3.50 ~ 16 oz for $5 ~ Growler: $16 ~ Founder’s Fill: $4 ~ Mug Club Fill: $5

On Holiday: This is the kind of beer you want to drink on vacation! It has all the makings of a hazy IPA, but in a smaller package. We used all American hops, and there's a touch of lactose for a creamy, full body. 4% ABV   9 IBU’s

5 oz for $2 ~ 10 oz for $3.50 ~ 16 oz  for $5 ~ Growler: $16 ~ Founder’s Fill: $4 ~ Mug Club Fill: $5

Carol’s Cascade: Tom and Carol's first fresh-hopped beer was from Cascade hops that Carol grew in their garden. The base of the beer was a pale ale, the yeast was US 05 (standard west coast yeast), and the result was delicious! Back story: the Spireon beer, S'Beer'eon, is the Carol's Cascade pale ale recipe , but it was fermented with Omega Hothead Yeast instead of US 05.) 5% ABV   30 IBUs

5 oz for $2 ~ 10 oz for $3.50 ~ 16 oz for $5 ~ Growler: $16 ~ Founder’s Fill: $4 ~ Mug Club Fill: $5

Seamed Like a Good Idea: “There are occasions where I try things that don’t always turn out as planned. Fortunately, in this case, the outcome is still delicious! Enjoy this hazy IPA that has striking similarities to Seam Ripper....and yet different enough that I had to rename it. It just seamed like a good idea at the time. Enjoy!” - Tom Olberding, Head Brewer 5.5% ABV   32 IBU’s

5 oz for $2.50 ~ 13 oz for $5 ~ Growler: $20 ~ Founder’s Fill: $6.50 ~ Mug Club Fill: $7.50

Seam Ripper: Dry-hopped with copious amounts of Motueka and Mosaic hops, this New England-style IPA is bursting at the seams with tropical fruit flavors. A generous addition of rolled oats give this beer its traditional haze and soft mouth feel. 6.4% ABV   32 IBU’s

5 oz for $2.50 ~ 13 oz for $5 ~ Growler: $20 ~ Founder’s Fill: $6.50 ~ Mug Club Fill: $7.50

Double Stitch: We adopted the "if a little is good a lot is better" philosophy with this double hazy IPA. Flaked oats, wheat and a healthy dose of 2-row barley give this beer an extra kick. Double dry hopped with Amarillo and Calypso add fruity flavors that are bursting at the double stitched seams! Enjoy! 5.9% ABV  20 IBU

5 oz for $2.50 ~ 13 oz for $5 ~ Growler: $23 ~ Founder’s Fill: $6.50 ~ Mug Club Fill: $7.50

FESTBIER (while it lasts!): A smooth, clean, pale German lager with a moderately malty flavor and a light hop character. If you travel to Munich for Oktoberfest, this is the style served most often. 7.6% ABV  38 IBU

5 oz for $2 ~ 10 oz for $3.50 ~ 16 oz for $5 ~ Growler: $19 ~ Founder’s Fill: $4 ~ Mug Club Fill: $5

MARZEN: This traditional Oktoberfest lager is a malty, amber lager with toasty caramel notes. This is a  great beer to enjoy with one of our giant pretzels! 5.9% ABV  20 IBU

5 oz for $2 ~ 10 oz for $3.50 ~ 16 oz for $5 ~ Growler: $19 ~ Founder’s Fill: $4 ~ Mug Club Fill: $5

Triple Crochet: This Belgian Tripel is true to its roots; fruity, bready, slightly perfumy and strong with a dry finish. The pale color helps distinguish tripels from their more amber cousins the Dubbels and Quads. Crocheting is not recommended after a few of these! 8% ABV  38 IBU

5 oz for $3.00~ 10 oz for $5.00     (Due to high ABV no growlers or larger pours)

New Vienna: This Vienna lager is named after its namesake to the north: New Vienna, Iowa .

Smooth with a beautiful amber color and a mild caramel sweetness, it will be a part of our regular beer line-up from now on! (it’s the eNVy of Textile!) #sewgood 5.3% ABV    22 IBUs

5 oz for $2 ~ 10 oz for $3.50 ~ 16 oz for $5 ~ Growler: $16 ~ Founder’s Fill: $4 ~ Mug Club Fill: $5

5 oz for $2 ~ 10 oz for $3.50 ~ 16 oz for $5 ~ Growler: $18 ~ Founder’s Fill: $4 ~ Mug Club Fill: $5

Sweet Georgia Brown: We added a twist to this classic American Brown Ale with the addition of sweet potatoes. The result is a delicious seasonal copper/brown colored ale with caramel and chocolate notes and just a hint of sweet potatoes. It has us former residents want singing along with Ray Charles as Georgia, sweet Georgia is on our minds. 5.7%ABV    26IBU’s

5 oz for $2.50 ~ 13 oz for $5.00 ~ Growler: $23 ~ Founder’s Fill: $6.50 ~ Mug Fill: $7.50

5 oz for $2.50 ~ 13 oz for $5.00 ~ Growler: $23 ~ Founder’s Fill: $6.50 ~ Mug Fill: $7.50

St. Bob's Oatmeal Stout: In honor of our amazing Uncle Bob who we have never seen drink anything except Bud Light. Until he drank this... and loved it (btw, he added the "saint" part). This is a standard, creamy, smooth, roasty-undertoned American stout. 5.7% ABV   26 IBU’s

5 oz for $2.50 ~ 13 oz for $5 ~ Growler: $20 ~ Founder’s Fill: $6.50 ~ Mug Club Fill: $7.50

RasBEERy Beret: We took our oatmeal stout and added cocoa nibs and raspberries, let them live together in harmony for a few weeks and they started a revolution (Prince reference). This is a beer you won't find in a secondhand store! 5.7% ABV   26 IBU’s

10 oz for $3.50 ~ 16 oz for $5 ~ Founder’s Fill: $4 ~ Mug Club Fill: $5
